BLACK/WOC, the EXPERIENCE, is a unique initiative that directly responds to the needs and experiences of Black women and women of color in America. Our overall goal is to organize and mobilize to accelerate change, address gender-based inequity, and support low-income women of color, immigrant women, and those identifying as female, who wish to improve their quality of life.

WE SEEK TO:

​

• To organize thoughtful and impactful campaigns that make tangible changes in the lives of Black/WOC;

• Organize and transform policies, systems and power structures which negatively impact Black/WOC experiences, and communities;

• Identify hard hitting problems, brainstorm SMART solutions, and execute campaigns that are led by informed Black/WOC;

• Provide transformative education to develop impactful Black/WOC leaders

• Develop and strengthen the leadership skills of emerging leaders to effectively lead movements within their immediate communities.
