• Creating and facilitating trainings which specifically delve into the foundational causes of societal issues that negatively affect the Black/WOC community 

• Building, creating and proposing innovative solutions that are uniquely based and specific to the advancement of Black/WOC 

• Building leadership trainings that build on the necessary skills needed, that increase leadership amongst Black/WOC community

• Providing opportunities to create and implement plans, and SMART goals that identifies the deep rooted issues, and strategically determine appropriate plans, solutions and best course of action
