Unit 1 seeks to discover one's hidden and known biases in addition to recognizing the causes of micro-aggressive behavior. Participants are taken through a course of interactive activities in the form of self-discovery in order to find positive solutions which intends to gradually change negative perspectives.
UNIT 3 - Impact-Application
Building on Unit 1 and Unit 2, Unit 3 provides opportunities for participants to model, and practice appropriate responses and attitudes given realistic and relevant case studies in order to apply new knowledge acquired in Unit's 1 and 2 exercises.

Toleration (Age of Enlightenment Idea)
Through Unit 1's Discovery - UCM, participants are now enlighten and aware of their hidden and unknown biases including the mechanisms that causes micro-aggressive behaviors. Through participants new knowledge, this unit seeks to open up healthy dialogue and conversation on the importance of "Toleration" through empathetic activities.

Diversity initiative events
P.O.C. - CST training seeks to be an ongoing training. Therefore, in order to build a level of comfortability with people of color, participants are given opportunities to interact with people of color via customer service oriented industries including diversity initiative events to extend practice. Interactions will be monitored and assessments will be documented for recommendations and consultations for need based training.
